Random Battle is a news and commentary blog about MMORPGs, videogames, and the videogame development industry. It’s owned by Cameron Sorden, former News Editor at Ten Ton Hammer, Massively.com columnist, freelance writer, and MMOG and RPG enthusiast. Additionally, Cameron holds a BSB in Business Management from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
You’ll notice that while plenty of my entries revolve around news, gameplay, design, and system mechanics used in current and past games, I also have a heavy emphasis on the legal, business, and customer service aspects of online videogames. I find these topics fascinating and believe that they will have an increasingly important role in the discussion of online games and communities in the coming years.
