Sticking Together in the Blogosphere
By Cameron Sorden | February 15, 2008
If you haven’t seen it yet, Scott Jennings is taking some heat from Brock Pierce’s lawyers over a recent blog post about IGE that he wrote. If all of the reports are to be believed, there’s no real legal basis for their demands, but Scott (wisely avoiding the headache of dealing with it) has complied anyway. As you can imagine, the whole exchange has stirred quite the little controversy, and both Ryan Shwayder and Matt Mihaly have weighed on in on the issue. Additionally, someone anonymously reposted the text of it to a temporary blog just to keep it active.
Michael Zenke led the reporting charge at Massively, and I’ve also done my little part. It’s ridiculous that Scott is being intimidated into removing the post via threats of legal action, and I would encourage all of you to spread the word about it. The best way to deal with censorship is just to flood the channels, after all.

Obviously Greenberg Traurig does not really understand how this internet/blogging thing works. They just made a molehill into a mountain.
Thank you for spreading the word on this.

Just repost it to a blogger or blogspot blog, then they must go through Google’s legal department to serve the take down notice.
Or, better yet, since website owners are not legally liable for what their users post, Scott Jennings could just have someone else repost it on his site.
